Pointless Journey

I am a travel agent. Don’t own any Pan Am stock or know a soul who works there, but my recent Pan Am flight LAX/Frankfurt in first-class was pure heaven. Big seats with footrests . . . elegant food from caviar to charlotte russe . . . efficient service . . . peaceful atmosphere. In these days of declining airline service, at least on a long flight, if you can afford it, just figure “I’m worth it” and pay the ridiculous differential. You’ll arrive feeling 100% better than the cattle in the rear.
