Trade Court Choice Named

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan intends to nominate R. Kenton Musgrave to be a judge of the U.S. Court of International Trade, the White House announced Wednesday. Musgrave, 59, of Palos Verdes Estates, Calif., would succeed Morgan Ford.
