Czech, Soviet Troops to Hold War Games

VIENNA — About 17,000 Czechoslovak and Soviet troops will hold six days of maneuvers in northwestern Bohemia next week, the official Ceteka news agency reported Wednesday.
Foreign observers from all 35 signatory states of the 1975 Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe, which include the United States and Canada, have been invited to watch the exercises, the agency added.
