Gunmen in speeding cars and on foot opened fire at two street corners that were “known locations for crack and marijuana sale,” in New York’s borough of Queens, police said. Detectives did not know if the dead and wounded--ranging in age from 16 to 33--were involved in the drug trade, Queens Chief of Detectives Joseph Borrelli said.
