Israelis Probe Charge Troops Shot Palestinian

JERUSALEM —
A Palestinian from the Israeli-occupied West Bank was wounded in the leg Tuesday, and the army said it is investigating his charge that he was shot by Israeli troops, military sources said.
The youth, from the village of Tabus, reported to a hospital in the West Bank city of Nablus shortly after the army said soldiers held military exercises in the area.
