Pakistani President Zia ul-Haq blamed Afghan agents for two car bombs that killed 75 people Tuesday in the worst terrorist bombing in Pakistan’s history. In Washington, State Department spokesman Charles Redman condemned the bombing and said it appeared to be the work of the Afghan secret police. Western diplomatic and intelligence sources say the police are organized and controlled by the Soviet KGB.
