2 Companies Acquire Shares From DH Technology Founder

TA Associates, a venture capital firm, and First Chicago Investment Advisors,an investment company, each have acquired 150,000 shares of DH Technology Inc. common stock from DH Technology co-founder Donald Hebert, the company said Friday.

The shares are restricted securities subject to a two-year holding period, according to a DH Technology spokesman. Hebert also agreed to certain restrictions on sales of his remaining DH Technology shares. Hebert had owned 926,402 shares. Friday’s transaction lowered that total to 626,402 shares.

San Diego-based DH Technology manufactures high-technology, impact-printer products.
