NMS Pharmaceuticals Inc. Completes Stock Buy-Back

NMS Pharmaceuticals Inc. said it has completed its previously announced buy-back program, purchasing $500,000 worth of its common shares on the open market.

A final tally of the total number of shares acquired in the program has not been completed, but a company spokeswoman said the stock was acquired at prices of $3 to $4 per share.

The Newport Beach maker of diagnostic test kits for physician, laboratory and home use has more than $4.5 million in cash and liquid investments and no debt.
