CIA Director William H. Webster plans to meet with President Reagan every two weeks at the President’s suggestion, White House spokesman Marlin Fitzwater said as the first of the meetings was held. “The President, in reviewing the management of his schedule, just suggested that would be a good way to do it,” Fitzwater said. Reagan holds similar meetings each week with Secretary of State George P. Shultz and every other week with Secretary of Defense Caspar W. Weinberger.
