Culver City-based InterCare Inc. reported that it has substantially completed its restructuring program. The company said that while it will report a second-quarter loss, it will be substantially less than the $858,625 loss it reported for the first quarter of its fiscal 1988. Intercare said it expects to post a profit for the third quarter, which begins Aug. 1. The operator of medical centers and hospital-owned emergency departments said that over the past three weeks, it has reached agreement to sell five medical centers, one of which is contingent upon financing.
