Boat Makes a Splash in Dutch Typing Pool

ROTTERDAM, Netherlands —
The normal tranquillity of a Dutch margarine company’s typing pool was disturbed Friday when a Norwegian boat crashed into the office.
“No one was hurt in the accident, although the typists were naturally a bit shocked when the bow of the boat burst through the wall,” a Rotterdam police spokesman said.
The 1,254-ton Hedlo was maneuvering out of the port when it rammed the offices of Van den Bergh en Jurgens.
