Tehran Floods Leave 141 Dead, 346 Injured

LONDON —
Floodwaters sweeping through northern Tehran killed 141 people and injured 346, an emergency headquarters in the Iranian capital reported Monday.
The Iranian news agency IRNA quoted the headquarters as saying that more than 300 bridges and 350 houses were destroyed in Sunday’s flooding. More flooding was reported Monday after continued heavy rains.
