Southland Financial said it has agreed to sell Southland Center Complex in downtown Dallas to Oxford Properties of Los Angeles. The Southland Center Complex includes the Skyway Tower, Southland Center Tower and the 500-room Sheraton Dallas Hotel. Southland said the contract calls for the deal to be completed in September. The value of the sale was not disclosed.
