Nucorp Energy Calls Warrants for Repurchase

Nucorp Energy Inc. announced it is calling 1 million outstanding stock warrants for repurchase at 50 cents per warrant. Each warrant will continue to be exercisable for common stock through Sept. 21, after which any warrants submitted for exercise will be automatically repurchased, said a company statement.
