Cave-in Swallows Truck

ST. LOUIS —
A 100-year-old sewer collapsed Thursday, creating a 25-foot-wide hole that swallowed a tractor-trailer truck loaded with 2,500 cases of beer, authorities said. The driver, Ralph Fischer, 60, was treated at St. Louis Regional Medical Center and released, a spokesman said.
