Senate OKs Appeals Judges

WASHINGTON —
The Senate on Wednesday approved the nominations of Anthony J. Scirica and William D. Hutchison to be judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, which covers Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the Virgin Islands.
