Cleveland-based TRW Inc. has elected two executive vice presidents. They are: James Robert Burnett, deputy general manager of the firm’s electronics & defense sector in Redondo Beach, and Richard D.C. Whilden, general manager of TRW Information Systems Group in Long Beach.
