Fingermatrix Inc. of North White Plains, N.Y., named Gordon Dechman vice president of the firm’s Systems Sales Group. Dechman previously was director of Washington operations for DBA Systems Inc., where he worked with the FBI to develop fingerprint imaging technologies.
