Fire Spurs Man to Heroic Action--for Second Time

Being a hero has become a habit for Win Westbrook.

Westbrook, 28, rescued 91-year-old Helen Posey, who can move only with the aid of a walker, from her burning house Saturday. Seven years ago, he received the State Farm Good Neighbor Award for rescuing a man from a burning building.
