Perennial radio personality Robert W. Morgan, gone from L.A. airwaves for almost two years, returns to KMPC (710-AM) Aug. 24. Current morning man Jim Lange moves to the 3-7 p.m. shift, the one now devoted to “Sportsline.” KMPC’s attempt to woo listeners from KABC’s (79 AM) longtime sports show, “Sportstalk,” has been permanently benched.
