Bouquet bomber Shaun Small today was sentenced to 15 years in prison and ordered to pay $8,000 restitution for delivering a bomb inside a flower arrangement to the estranged wife of his homosexual lover.

U.S. District Judge Frank Kaufman also ruled that Small may be eligible for parole at any time after beginning his sentence and ordered that the defendant serve five years probation once he wins parole. The victim and a co-worker were injured when the bouquet exploded at her desk last Nov. 17 in a government office. Her ex-husband was out of the country at the time of the explosion and did not face charges.
