Wilshire/Bundy Office Building 95% Leased

A mixture of small leases--space under 5,000 square feet--and major leases--one is for 51,000 square feet of space, in the 285,000-square-foot building--have brought the 14-story Wilshire/Bundy Plaza in West Los Angeles to the 95% occupancy level, according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services, the leasing agent. The building was developed by Murdock Development Co.
