Bishop Graphics Reports $148,000 Loss in Quarter

Bishop Graphics reported that it lost $148,000, or 6 cents a share, in the third quarter ended June 30, compared to a loss of $122,000, or 5 cents a share, a year earlier.

Revenue for the third quarter was $2.2 million, down 23% from a year ago.

The Westlake Village company, which makes drafting supplies used in designing printed circuit boards, has been posting increased losses and lower sales over the last several quarters.

Bishop reported a net loss of $290,000, or 12 cents a share, for the nine months ended June 30, compared to a loss of $57,000, or 2 cents a share, the year before. Revenue was $7.4 million for the nine months ended June 30, compared to $9.2 million a year earlier.
