No Injuries as Tornado Hits Space Center Area

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. —
A small tornado touched down in a swampy area of the Kennedy Space Center on Thursday but caused no property damage or injuries, NASA said. The area is about two miles from the space shuttle hangar area and five miles from the shuttle launching pads.
