Teen Pilot’s Trial Slated

MOSCOW —
Mathias Rust, the 19-year-old West German pilot who landed his plane near Red Square in May, will go on trial Sept. 2 in an open Moscow court, the official Tass press agency said today. Rust has been in the KGB’s Lefortovo Prison since his May 28 landing near the Red Square and the adjacent Kremlin.
