There is nothing in the Constitution that gives a person more right to an education because he is more intelligent. We are a democracy in which we are all equal in rights. Moreover, the best learners are not necessarily the most creative, nor the most able to contribute to society or country. Entrance must be by lottery (after passage of entrance exams) if we are going to give each American his rights.
