Morgan Roberts & Co., a La Jolla investment firm, has completed the private placement of $132,000 in venture capital for Global Imaging Inc., a Solana Beach-based maker of imaging software. Global will introduce a product in September called the Image Maker, a program that will give hair salon clients a computerized visualization of how they will look with a new hair style.
