Perceptronics Wins Pact to Build Training Simulators

Perceptronics said it received a Defense Department subcontract to develop and build gunnery training simulators for certain anti-tank missiles.

Perceptronics said the value of the award, including options over the next four years, is about $11 million. The company, a Woodland Hills maker of simulators and other military training equipment using sophisticated video technology, will serve as subcontractor to Fairchild Weston Systems.
