M.E. (Gene) Gambill was named president of International Light Metals Corp., Torrance. He previously was executive vice president of the firm. Gambill replaces Michael M. Hagerty, who is joining Martin Marietta Aero & Naval Systems, Baltimore. International Light Metals is a joint venture between Martin Marietta Corp. and Nippon Kokan K.K.
