Twentieth Century Industries said it wants to form a new subsidiary to insure some drivers it now rejects for automobile insurance. The Woodland Hills company, which has developed a reputation for being highly selective, insuring people with good driving records and rejecting owners of expensive sports cars, said the new subsidiary would be called 21st Century Casualty Co. The company is asking for approval to form the subsidiary from the California Department of Insurance.
