PAMCO Signs Lease in Encino Terrace Center

PAMCO Securities and Insurance Services has leased 55,000 square feet of space at Encino Terrace Center, 15821 Ventura Blvd., Encino, for its headquarters. The $17-million long-term lease was described as the largest single office transaction in Encino history by Julien J. Studley Inc., brokers.
