Pacific Southwest Reports Net Income of $352,926

Pacific Southwest Corp. in Northridge reported net income for the nine months ended April 30 of $352,926, or 21 cents a share, on revenue of $1,597,616. Pacific, a real estate development company, has been public for only three quarters so results from comparable periods are not available.

Thus far, Pacific has invested in real estate in the towns of Ramona and Escondido in north San Diego County.
