Bonnie Hendrick has been appointed vice president, sales and marketing, for Century America Corp. of Orange. In her new position, she assumes responsibility for sales staffing, product development and pricing and merchandising.

Lou Lightfoot, president of Lightfoot Planning Group, Oceanside, has been elected chairman of the Oceanside Economic Development Council. OEDC represents a cooperative effort between the City of Oceanside and the Chamber of Commerce to attract and retain quality business and industry.

Craig L. Miller, a former senior vice president of Union Bank’s Orange County Real Estate Center, has been named vice president and chief financial officer of TOLD Corp., Newbury Park. Miller will assume financial responsibility for all divisions of the corporation.
