Fairbanks Ranch Sales Soaring

Record-breaking home sales activity is reported at Fairbanks Ranch in the Rancho Santa Fe area, reflecting a growing demand for million-dollar homes in San Diego County, according to Joseph D. Davis, president of Watt Development Inc., developer of the 1,237-acre community.

Fairbanks Ranch sales of custom homes during the first half of 1987 were almost 100% above the previous half-year record of 10 sales set in the second half of 1986. At present there are only 27 custom homes listed for sale and only 83 of the original 618 custom estate sites in Fairbanks Ranch remain for sale.
