Great Fashion Shopping

The Times Shopper on July 26 about attending Paris fashion shows was right on the mark. In two visits to Paris many years ago I went to a couple of dozen couture fashion shows. And as Jennifer Merin said: “The shows are free and there is no pressure to buy.” Right! The afternoon showings are a delightful change of pace, and going to an outdoor cafe for coffee and pastries tops off a lovely experience. Fashion and food are truly Paris.
