Tobacco: The Odor Side

Share

In answer to the letter to the editor from G. Robert Di Marco, senior vice president, Reynolds Tobacco Co. (Letters in View, Aug. 16): I think all his tests are wonderful but how do the tests control the terrible odor of smoke and the feeling one has of congestion from the smoke that can cause coughing?

I’m for the rights of others but not when it causes adverse reaction in me.

Do I have the right to take an aerosol can of a foul-smelling, cough-inducing ingredient and spray it at the smoker in defense?
