TLC Group said Manufacturers Hanover Trust will provide $450 million in financing to purchase Beatrice International Food Co. TLC, a New York-based investment concern controlled by entrepreneur Reginald F. Lewis, expects to complete the transaction by early October. When completed, TLC will be the largest black-owned business in the United States.
