Though no one won the grand prize, three Southern Californians each walked away from the state lottery’s “Big Spin” with annuities worth $1 million. Mike Behrens of Anaheim, Susan Stephens of Los Angeles and Marsha Johnson of Riverside spun the 100-slot wheel of fortune and landed on $1-million prizes. Each will receive $40,000 annually for 20 years after taxes.
