Hilton Seeking Developers for CrestHil Units

Hilton Inns Inc., the franchise unit of Hilton Hotels Corp., Beverly Hills, is seeking developers for its CrestHil by Hilton hotel.
The standardized 156-room design for a 3.5-acre site is aimed at suburban areas, sites in developing communities and specialty locations near universities, hospitals, business parks and some airports, according to Lloyd Farwell, executive vice president of Hilton Inns Inc.
With the introduction of CrestHil, Hilton becomes the first hotel firm to franchise a moderately priced, first-class hotel providing a complete technical services package, he added.
