4 Black Leaders Detained After S. Africa Service

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa —
Four leaders of the Azanian People’s Organization were detained by police after a memorial service for a black civil rights leader, police confirmed Sunday.
The four were picked up near King Williams Town on Saturday after a memorial service for black civil rights leader Steve Biko.
