Home Shopping Network announced plans for a major reorganization. “The basic purpose of the proposed HSN reorganization plan is to make HSN strictly a holding company, thereby providing more effective management and operational flexibility in supervising, servicing and accounting for HSN’s various lines of business,” Roy M.
