Iran Blames Rebels for Tehran Bombing

NICOSIA, Cyprus —
A car bomb exploded in central Tehran on Saturday, and Tehran radio blamed “agents of world arrogance”--its blanket term for opposition guerrilla groups.
The radio, monitored in Nicosia, said that windows were broken and several parked cars were damaged in the blast but that there were no casualties.
