Dobrynin to Visit Bonn

BONN —
Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev’s chief foreign policy adviser, Anatoly F. Dobrynin, will visit Bonn next week for talks with senior West German politicians, the Soviet Embassy said Tuesday. Dobrynin, a Communist Party Central Committee secretary and former ambassador to Washington, has been invited by the opposition Social Democratic Party, an embassy spokesman said.
