Carbolic Acid Leaks From Rail Car in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA —
A railroad tank car carrying toxic carbolic acid ruptured after colliding with another rail car, forcing the closure of roads near the Schuylkill River, authorities said Thursday. No injuries or environmental damage was reported as a result of the incident.
