Frank B. Hall & Co. of California appointed two executives to posts in its Los Angeles office. William R. Schuck was named chairman and chief executive. Herbert L. Strong was named president and chief operating officer. Schuck previously was president and chief operating officer of Hall, Los Angeles, and chairman of Hall, Orange County. Strong was senior vice president and director of client services of Hall, Los Angeles.
