Ramada, Sickles to Build Hotel, Office Building

Ramada Inns and the Sickles Group, La Jolla, has each purchased five-acre parcels in the 70-acre Centrelake mixed-use development near Ontario Airport. Ramada will build a 300-room hotel and Sickles will build a six-story office structure on four acres and a smaller office structure on 1.5 acres at the entry to the development.

The Ramada transaction was valued at $3,495,000 and the Sickles at $2,787,000, according to Grubb & Ellis, agents for Centrelake.
