Irvine Businesss Complex Building Sold to Japanese
A 117,000-square-foot industrial/office building at 1821 E. Dyer Road in the Irvine Business Complex, Santa Ana, has been sold for $11.1 million, according to the Seeley Co., which represented the seller, Richard P. Hausman of Newport Beach.
The buyer, represented by Showcase Realty of Los Angeles, is Haseko (California) Inc., a leading Japanese investment company based in Los Angeles.
The free-standing research-and-development building, on eight acres, is occupied by Wespercorp and Tokos Medical Corp.
