Oltmans Offers Construction Cost Brochure

Industrial construction reflects only a minor rise in cost during the past 12 months, and cost stability is expected for the near term, according to the 1988 construction cost brochure published by Oltmans Construction Co.

John Gormly, vice president and director of marketing for the commercial and industrial general conracting firm, said the brochure is available free of charge to the real estate and investment community.
