Work Begun on Office Building
Work has begun on a 61,000-square-foot, three-story office building in East Hills Office Park, at the Riverside Freeway and Weir Canyon Road in Anaheim. Completion is set for April.
The $24-million office park is being developed by Hillman Properties West Inc., Newport Beach. Howard F. Thompson & Associates, Irvine, is architect, and Davcon Inc., Tustin, is general contractor. Cushman & Wakefield is leasing agent.
