Bush Names Press Aide

WASHINGTON —
Kristin Clark Taylor was named Monday as assistant press secretary to Vice President George Bush. Taylor, 28, a member of the editorial board of USA Today, succeeds Gayle Fisher, who resigned to accept a position with the Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome.
